You can solve the issues with different portal links with the following steps:
Step 1: Confirm the browser you’re using to access the school’s portal links.
Step 2: For Chrome, go to the “Three Dots” option, and then go to the “History” option.
Step 3: Now, Select the “Delete Browsing Data” option, select the “Advanced” option, select the “Cookies and other site data,” “Cached images and files,” option and then select the “Delete Data” option.
Step 4: It clears the browser cache and cookies memory in Chrome. You can now retry logging in to the portal links.
Step 5: For Safari, you can go to the “Preferences” option, “Privacy,” “Manage Website Data,” and then select the “Remove all” option.
